Effective for draws conducted on or after 1 July 2026
These Official Rules govern the NRPG Member Bonus Draw(s) (“the Draw” or “the Promotion”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
Promoter: NRPG (Northern Rivers Paragliding), operating through nrpg.info and its authorised representatives/committee.
Benefiting Organisation: NRPG (Northern Rivers Paragliding).
This is a trade promotion gaming activity conducted to promote membership and benefits of NRPG.
The Draw is open only to current financial members of NRPG who are aged 18 years or older at the time of the Draw.
Membership status will be verified against NRPG records.
Ineligible persons (as required by the Community Gaming Regulation 2020):
NRPG reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria or who breaches these Rules.
Entry is completely free. No purchase or payment is required to enter.
Eligible members automatically receive one or more entries into the Draw according to their membership tier, duration of membership, or other qualifying criteria as published on nrpg.info (e.g. Pilot, Hike n Fly, XC Guru tiers and accumulating entry benefits).
The exact number of entries allocated to each member for a specific Draw will be clearly stated on nrpg.info prior to the Draw closing date.
Members may receive multiple entries in accordance with their tier benefits. There is no limit on the number of entries a member may hold unless otherwise stated for that Draw.
Entries for the Draw open on 1 July 2026 and close on [Insert Closing Date and Time, e.g. 11:59pm AEST on DD Month YYYY].
The Draw will be conducted approximately one week after NRPG reaches 100 financial members. The exact date and time will be confirmed and publicly announced on nrpg.info and NRPG social channels once the 100-member threshold is achieved.
Prize for this Draw: One new paraglider wing of your choice from the current Flow Paragliders range. Approximate retail value $5,000 AUD.
Total prize value for this single promotion: Less than $10,000 AUD (no Trade Promotion Authority is required in NSW).
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. NRPG reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The winner(s) will be selected by a fair and random draw from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
The draw will be conducted using a fair, impartial method (for example, a computerised random number generator such as random.org or a witnessed physical draw process). All valid entries have an equal chance of winning.
The Draw will take place on the date announced (approximately one week after reaching 100 members) at [Insert location or “via secure online random selection”]. NRPG may have an independent witness present where practical.
The winner will be notified by email (using the address registered with their NRPG membership) within [e.g. 7 days] of the Draw.
NRPG will also announce the winner on nrpg.info and relevant NRPG social media channels (Facebook/Instagram) as soon as practicable after the Draw.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their contact details on file with NRPG are current.
The winner must claim the prize within [Insert period, e.g. 30 days] of the date of notification by responding to the notification email and providing any required verification or acceptance.
If the prize is not claimed within this period, or if the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, NRPG may:
Any redraw will be conducted using the same fair random method. The new winner will be notified in the same manner.
A member may win only one prize per Draw unless otherwise stated in the specific Draw announcement.
If a member’s name is drawn multiple times in the same Draw, only the first valid draw will count; additional draws will be ignored and the prize awarded to the next eligible entry.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Draw or these Rules will be determined by the NRPG committee in good faith. The committee’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
This Promotion is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW). No Trade Promotion Authority is required because the total prize value is under $10,000.
NRPG reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time with reasonable notice published on nrpg.info.
NRPG reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Draw if circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise.
By entering, members consent to NRPG using their name and likeness for promotional purposes in connection with the Draw (winner announcement, etc.) unless they advise otherwise in writing.
These Rules are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By participating in any NRPG Member Bonus Draw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.
By joining NRPG (the National Paragliding Community) you agree to the following terms.
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are Australian residents. A valid membership in good standing is required to receive draw entries.
Membership is billed monthly at the rate of your chosen tier. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Each active membership month grants the number of free draw entries listed for your tier. Entries are a complimentary perk of membership — no additional payment is required to enter, and no purchase is necessary beyond an active membership. Entries accumulate while your membership remains active.
Draws are conducted as trade promotions in compliance with NSW Community Gaming laws and any applicable state or territory requirements. Winners are selected at random from all eligible accumulated entries and notified by email. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged except as expressly offered for a given draw.
Paragliding carries inherent risks. NRPG is not responsible for losses arising from participation in any activity or from the use of a prize. Winners are responsible for obtaining appropriate training, licensing and insurance before flying.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
NRPG respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We collect your name, email address and billing details when you join. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers.
We use your information to manage your membership, process payments, allocate draw entries, contact draw winners, and send membership communications such as the newsletter. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the community — such as Stripe for payments — and only as needed to deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information.
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or request its deletion, by contacting us at paraglideNR@gmail.com.
